Who we are
Fate Pay Solutions (fatepaysolutions.com) is a merchant services reseller. We introduce businesses to card processing programs and payment equipment, and we provide free statement analyses. We are not a bank, a card network, or a payment processor, and we do not process payments on this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on our site, you give us:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your company name
- Your approximate monthly card processing volume
- An email address or a note, if you choose to add one
Why we collect it
Only to answer your request: to review your processing statement, prepare a savings comparison, and reach back out about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in our own private customer database and are also emailed to info@fatepaysolutions.com so someone can respond. The database sits on our hosting platform, which is accessed only by us.
Payment and card data
Never send us card numbers, bank account numbers, or full processing statements that expose them. We do not ask for that information on this site, and a statement analysis can be done from the fee lines and totals alone.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or social-media tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical details for security and traffic reporting, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
Third parties
When you click through to a partner such as PayBotX, or to any other outside site, that site's own privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
How long we keep it
We keep a submission while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable time afterward so we can pick the conversation back up. If you ask us to delete your details, we remove them from our database.
Your choices
Email info@fatepaysolutions.com and we will confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also simply stop responding — we do not chase anyone who asks us to stop.
Changes to this statement
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below.
